Mission Statement:


Medstar's mission is to provide the community we serve with the highest quality pre-hospital care, with expertise in medical treatment and transportation, supplemented by state-of-the
-art vehicles and equipment, knowledgeable and responsible staffing, comprehensive management systems along with cost-effective emergency and non-emergency ambulance services.

Community Trust  As guardians of our communities and clients health, we believe in maintaining high principles and ethical standards, and in leading by example. Caring and respect for every individual is at the center of all we do. We will work hard to maintain high principles and ethical standards and in leading by example in EMS. We will ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care, respect and cost-effective service. We will play an active role in our community in education of pre-hospital emergency care.
